Mom is home
Now you can open the door
Don't be afraid now, not any more
Mom is home
I've brought for each one of you
Strawberries coated with honeydew
Only you and I can sing this song, that no one knows
Listen to each little word carefully
And before you all come running quickly to the door
Be sure the only one you open to, is me
Mom is home
Now you can open the door
Don't be afraid now, not any more
"I wish I could always make you smile" performed by one of the children:
Mommy,
There's so much love in your eyes
I wish I could always make you smile
Mommy,
Words can't really express
The way you give all your tenderness
All you do is give, before you're even asked to give
and you never once take a thing in return
You know I'll love you as long as I'll live
Mommy, I wish I could always make you smile
Mommy,
There's so much love in your eyes
I wish I could always make you smile
