. The single lane paved road runs from the Perimeter Highway (where it becomes Pipeline Road southbound) in Little Kidonan, turn east north of Burns Road (as Grassmere Road) to Provincial Road 220 (Blackdale Road) in West Saint Paul.

It is not a major highway, primarily serving agricultural areas and suburban homes just north of Winnipeg.
