At the BA level there is a choice of two degrees: Theology
; or Christian Leadership. Masters, Doctor of Ministry and PhD courses are also available. The college also offers distance learning and part-time degree courses.
Additionally, under the leadership of the Principal, Dr Paul Alexander, the Graduate School at Mattersey Hall has grown to over three hundred enrolled students. The Graduate school offers three Master's programs, the Doctor of Ministry degree and supervision for PhD candidates. This makes the Graduate School at Mattersey Hall the largest of its kind in Europe.
Mattersey Hall also has a Distance Learning program offering certificate, diploma and degree courses. About seven hundred students are enrolled in these programs. Mattersey Hall boasts a highly qualified faculty making it the institution of choice for those preparing for Christian service.
The College and Graduate School are characterised by a commitment to mission. Extension centres exist in South East Asia and South Africa.
