Youth career

Webb began his youth career with local Premier Division team, Whatcom FC Rangers. During his development with the Rangers, he was selected to the Washington State Olympic Development Program four years in a row and 1 year with the Region IV Olympic program pool. He finished his youth club play with another top club in Washington, Snohomish United Santos. In College, he began his career at Division II Western Washington University

 earning NWAC First Team All Conference honors as a freshman before transferring to Division I Oregon State University

. At Oregon State Nick received top honors including Second Team All-Conference his senior year as well as First Team All-Academic both junior and senior year. In the summer of 2007 he helped OUSA Orange of Oregon win the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) Under-23 National Cup scoring 17 goals in 7 games including the game winner in the National Championship.

Professional career

Webb Soccer Training

This is a specific soccer training program built for youths interested in taking their soccer careers to the next level. Nick Webb, the coach and manager of this program, develops players based on their individual needs, whether it's making an A or (gold) squad, or making and earning scholarship for a college program. This program emphasizes individual ball-skill development by using similar technical sessions taken from top clubs in Europe and Japan. This program also teaches techniques for cutting and making highlight films, building proper and effective resumes, and methods for expanding soccer contacts.
