Nopiming Provincial Park is a provincial park
in Manitoba

. It is located on the southeast side of the province, along the border with Ontario
.
The area is mostly boreal forest and Canadian Shield
with many lakes and rivers. There are a few gravel roads through the park, camping facilities, hiking trails, and a few cottages. The area is very remote and the most southern herd of woodland caribou can be found here. Further to the north is Atikaki Provincial Wilderness Park
with no roads. Almost the entire east side of Lake Winnipeg
is wilderness, with a few First Nation communities and very few small towns.
The park's name comes from the Anishinaabe word noopiming, meaning "in the woods/brush" used in reference to coming off a lake and heading inland. Another translation of "Nopiming" from the Anishinaabe language is "Entrance to the Wilderness".
