skateboarding scene before headlining Coliseum Skateshop's video, "PJ Ladd's Wonderful Horrible Life.", it was his part in that video, released in 2002, that catapulted him to the forefront of the skateboard industry. He was an amateur for Element Skateboards
before being signed and turned pro for Flip Skateboards
