Palisade Preparatory School is located in the old Yonkers High School of Commerce building, which became Commerce Middle School. Since Commerce was failing academically, Yonkers Public Schools decided to close it down in June 2008. Yonkers Public Schools then spoke with the College BoardCollege Board
