Patrick J. "Pat" Harkins (born December 22, 1963) is a Democratic
member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives
for 1st District
and was elected in 2006.

Christine Pontoriero with 75% of the vote.
Harkins is currently the secretary of the Education Committee. He is also a member of the Labor, Liquor Control, and Children & Youth Committees.
