Founded in 1996 as Telegenic Entertainment, the Company was then renamed KaBOOM! Entertainment in 2000. In 2006 kaBOOM! Entertainment Inc. was sold to Peace Arch Entertainment
Group and was subsequently renamed Peace Arch Home Entertainment, while keeping kaBOOM! Entertainment as its children’s and family label. In 2007 the Company acquired Trinity Home Entertainment, a provider of catalogue and budget programs in the U.S.
market. Almost one year later to the day, the Company entered into a joint venture
agreement with ContentFilm plc, a United Kingdom
based Company and the parent of Allumination FilmWorks
