Career

Bell earned his MBA from UCLA in 1991. He developed early valuation methodologies that are utilized widely today, including The Bell Chart, a resource that categorizes the 10 types of detrimental conditions and their corresponding economic damages, and the Detrimental Conditions Matrix .

In 1997, Bell accepted an appointment to be the national director of the Real Estate Damages practice of Price Waterhouse, where he continued until the firm merged to become PricewaterhouseCoopers
