He has a younger brother named Ricardo Angel, Laguna's mother and father, Ricardo Arturo and Marisela Laguna moved Ricardo and his family to Tijuana, Mexico briefly until seeking a better lifestyle for his family and after gaining citizenship, Ricardo's father moved the Laguna family to Las VegasLas Vegas metropolitan area
