Rita Bhaduri is an Indian film

actress. She initially appeared as supporting actress in various Bollywood during the 1970s, 1980's, 1990's and now currently works as television actor. She is most known for films like Sawan Ko Aane Do
a 1979 Rajshri Productions
film, and Raja
(1995) for which she received a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
She is the younger sister of actor Jaya Bhaduri., while Rita is married to rajiv verma. Rajiv Verma is also an actor.
Rita Bhaduri and Rajeev started the theater group Bhopal Theaters. Their family is based in Bhopal, and comprises their sons Tathagat, an engineer in the field of software and Shiladitya, who is a painter cum management consultant in Bhopal.
