Major General Robert B. “Abe” Abrams is the Commanding General of the 3rd Infantry Division. He is a 1982 graduate of the United States Military Academy
where he was commissioned as an Armor officer. During his 29 years of service he has served in command and staff positions across the Army and Joint Community in Germany, the United States and Southwest Asia.
