Rose Falcon is the daughter of Billy

 and Myla Falcon. Her early years were spent in a studio apartment in New York City, although the family moved to New Jersey

In 1987, her mother was diagnosed with cancer and died two years later (Inspiring the song "Best Friend"), forcing Billy to raise Rose himself, both of whom traveled around the country as part of Billy's music career. They eventually moved to Nashville. Billy Falcon encouraged his daughter to sing, and when she asked, he began to collaborate with her on her songwriting.

In March 2003, Falcon signed to Columbia Records
