Sara Lampe was named as the ranking member of the Budget Committee for 2010. She will be term limited out of office in 2012. She has made no announcements regarding running for higher office.

Career in Education

Lampe has taught in Missouri Public Schools since 1971. She began as a teacher, then spent 19 years as the principal of Phelps Center for the Gifted.
