After his release from in September 2010 he signed for their local rivals on 1 October 2010. He made his debut in a 3–1 win at Harrogate Town on 2 October 2010. He was made captain for the game against on 6 November 2010 in the absence of the club captain and assistant manager, Scott McNiven
. On 8 January 2011 he scored his first goal for Hyde in a 1–0 win over fellow struglers Stafford Rangers
