The centre of the community, the intersection of Stevensville Road and Main Street, is about 20 minutes from the town's downtown core. Stevensville is home to several small shops and restaurants, a feed mill, Vertis Canada, DMI (a wind turbine tower manufacturer) and Nomad Drum Cases. The latter manufactures cases for drummers, which are exported globally.
