The educational program is split into two divisions: the 'Lower Form' and the 'Middle Form'. They are additionally taught religion, computer, art, drama, music, physical education, and other foreign languages.
For its music and arts program, Stuart Hall For Boys offers a variety of choruses for students as well as a four‐school orchestra and after‐school lessons in piano, flute, violin, and guitar. Coeducational drama and musical productions are available to students in grades 6‐8.
In 2008, Stuart Hall for Boys and its sister school, Convent of the Sacred Heart Elementary School, won the Common Sense Media
