swimmer, who competed for both Canada
and the United States
. She held the USA Record in the 100 breaststroke from 1988-1992.
She competed at the 1988 Olympics
for the USA, where she won a silver medal in the 4x100m Medley Relay. Her teammates in that race were Beth Barr
(backstroke), Janel Jorgensen
(butterfly), and Mary Wayte
(freestyle).
She swam collegiately for the USA's University of Texas, and was inducted into their Athletics Hall of Fame in 2006.
