The Saint Tsar Lazar Guard is a paramilitary terrorist, ultra-nationalist and political organization led by Hadži Andrej Milić and Vasiljevic Zeljko the president of the Tsar Lazar Guard. It was formed by the Movement of Veterans of Serbia
. It was formed to fight against Kosovo independence from Serbia. It is named after Lazar of Serbia
