Vancouver Community Network (or VCN) is a community-owned provider of internet tools and services in Vancouver

It was originally the Vancouver Regional FreeNet, which offered text-based access to community information and to the Internet. It continues to provides internet services for individuals and non-profit groups, including dial-up and web hosting.
