Their first official performance was on August 5, 2005 over the city of Knin
during the Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day celebrations, as well as the 10th anniversary of Operation Storm
. The performance was a huge success. At the time, the group flew four planes, Pilatus PC-9
M, but grew to five by autumn of the same year, and to current six in 2009. The current flying program lasts for about seventeen minutes.
All pilots are flying instructors in Croatian Air Force, and the team is based at Zemunik airbase. The base is also used in training of future pilot
