World Domination (online game)
Encyclopedia
World Domination is an online personal computer game. There is a public online version and a full version which can be purchased.
In world domination, there are five countries including your own. Each country has five cities, each of which is represented by a single building whose size indicates its population. The objective is to kill all of the citizens of all of your opponents' cities.
The beginning is simple; choose the world leaders who will be the leaders of the enemy countries, and choose your country's religion. There are about 16 leaders to choose from, and all of them have names that reflect real world leaders, like George W. Bush
is G. W. Bash, or Osama Bin Laden
is Osumo Ben Lada, or even Fidel Castro
is Vedil Costra. The four religions to choose from are Christianity
, Islam
, Communism
, or Jewish.
The game is turn based, and each enemy (including you) may do a certain thing on each turn. The regular version is much simpler, having less options to do. There are about four major things you can do in the regular version. They are build weapons, use weapons, activate a propaganda attack, or send a diplomat. In the full version, you can also make your citizens study technology to develop better weapons, or you can activate religion, so as to make your propaganda acts more efficient.
If you make weapons, you will make a varied amount based on the number of citizens you have. You also can't control what your citizens make, so you may have to make weapons on several turns to get what you need.
The weapons your citizens can make in the normal version include GI soldiers, spies
, 10 meg rocket
s, 10 meg warheads
, 10 meg bioloads, submarines, anti air guns, anti rocket guns, anti spies, fighter/bombers, and satellites. But satellites are useless in the regular version because they can only be used after launching a space rocket, which is not available in the normal version.
