. With the liberalisation of the ground handling market at Changi Airport however, the company was bought over by the Dnata
Group, a company based in Dubai
with Temasek Holdings
retaining shareholding. As a subsidiary of DNATA, it underwent a rebranding campaign in June 2005, and spent about 11 million dollars to upgrade its current capabilities and opened a new CIP (commercially important people) lounge that has internet access, shower facilities, and refreshments.
Its security services were amalgamated into the new Temasek-owned Aetos Security Management
