Career

Segal is a "shock jock", which comprise a large portion of material on his show, but he is also more than capable of serious and thought-provoking journalism. He is inquisitive and shows particular interest in current events, entertainment, politics, sports, and crime stories.

One of his true gifts is his ability to interview frequent guests on his show. From local sports personalities to major celebrities. Elliot is very good a researching his guests, he frequently brings up topics that the guest is typically surprised to hear that Elliot is knowledgeable of.

His trademark is a loud, maniacal laugh. He frequently uses catchphrases, each with its own colorful origins, such as "Smell My Face!", "Do What?", "Rub The Phone Against It!", "Peace And Chicken Grease!", and "Thanks For Rolling With A Brother".

While most of his critics dismiss him as a shock jock
