This car park provides approximately 700 spaces and includes disabled parking, lift access to all levels, CCTV surveillance and security lighting. Parking is free and available 24 hours, seven days per week.

These developments are called 'Panorama' and 'Vista' and are mixed density housing comprising duplex and freestanding housing.
