The Jingle Player is a proprietary, patent-pending technology that provides targeted music selection with a searchable and user-friendly interface.
In July 2009 they became music providers for both Viacom
and Bravo TV networks.
In April 2010 Jingle Punks launched their west coast offices. They have also found themselves the subject of several favorable press pieces in CNN
, Variety
and The National Post and also took home the Pepsi/SoundCtrl Leading Innovator in the Music Technology Industry at the South by Southwest
Music, Film & Interactive festival (SXSW).
Shortly after returning from SXSW 2010, Jingle Punks completed substantial equity financing and established its strategic advisory board. The funding was sponsored by Hammerline Capital out of New York and included industry veterans from the music and technology industries. The advisory board includes Steve Kofsky of New Remote Publishing and former Last.fm
COO Spencer Hyman.
Mr. Hyman, also an investor in the deal, said, "I got the same goose bumps about this company as I did when I first encountered Last.FM. To me, the Jingle Punks approach represents the future of music discovery and music licensing."
In October 2010 Jingle Punks became the first music supervision application approved for the ipad. The release was met with a wave of positive press including coverage from CNET

. The irreverent and somewhat informational video demo that accompanied the release received thousands of views in the first few days and again highlighted Jingle Punks unique approach to viral marketing.
On November 19, 2010, The New York Times noted that Jingle Punks was heavily involved in the launch of Top Gear USA. "The commercials use a song, “Hit & Roll,” sung by the rocker Bret Michaels and written by a company called Jingle Punks Music." This collaboration was the first project to be launched from the Jingle Punks internal creative services arm. Since then Jingle Punks has gone on to compose and provide catalogue music on flagship shows such as NBC's The Voice

. Jingle Punks also won an ASCAP Award for their theme song for Pawn Stars
which was honored as one of the Top Television Series of 2010. This theme was composed by CEO Jared Gutstadt

Jingle Punks first foray into the brand partnership realm was with Viacom
subsidiary Black Entertainment Television
(BET) and was announced February 18, 2011 in Variety
. The unique partnership between BET and Jingle Punks was created to leverage the BET brand and the Jingle Punks technology and creative services arm in order to create the a cohesive urban music library ever assembled for the media licensing space.
In 2011, Jingle Punks also created an eight-piece string ensemble called The Jingle Punks Hipster Orchestra which released two projects on September 27, 2011. The first project, The Nirvana Sessions, is a cover of six songs from Nirvana's Nevermind album and was created at the request of Publisher Primary Wave Music
for the 20th Anniversary of the albums initial release. The second project, Hipster Dinner Party, Vol. 1, features covers of songs by artists such as Vampire Weekend

. In November of 2011, both Jingle Punks and their Hipster Orchestra were highlighted in The New York Times
