(Amazonas, Arauca, Casanare, Guainía, Guaviare, Putumayo, San Andrés and Providencia, Vaupés, Vichada) have an HDI of 0.755, as reported by the UNDP. Argentina uses different methods in the composition of the provincial HDI (it uses the average income instead of GDP per capita PPP) for this reason, this country is not on the list.
