The following is a list of county roads in Suffolk County, New York
. The designations do not follow any fixed pattern. Some designations are deliberately eliminated in order to alleviate confusion with New York State Highways (such as 109 and 114); however, this practice is inconsistent, as other designations including 25, 111, and 112 are duplicated. County Roads 27, 27A, and 27B were deleted in 1988 and replaced with CR 48.
