In the 2010–11 KIJHL season, as their first ever season in the KIJHL, the Coyotes had a record of 42-2-2-4 (90 Pts) and because of that the Coyotes not only won their Division, Conference, but even the KIJHL regular season title as they were first in the KIJHL. In the 2010-11 KIJHL playoffs the Coyotes defeated the Penticton Lakers
