Format (as of Season 11)
Quiz Kids is played by two teams of three players each. Each team consists of three students. The player in the center position is the team captain and is responsible for giving the team's answer on all non-toss-up questions.Gameplay
The game is divided into three rounds:- In the Collaboration Round, teams collaborate to guess seven answers that share a common theme. Each correct answer is worth ten points; if a team gets all seven they win a 30‐point bonus for a total of 100 points.
- The main Three for All round is played with three‐part questions. The first part is a tossup open to all six players. When a player correctly answers a toss‐up question, he then collaborates with his teammates to answer up to two more questions. One correct answer is worth ten points, two correct answers are worth 20 points, and all three correct are worth 40 points.
- The game concludes with the Final Countdown. In this final three minutes, players race the clock to answer 30‐point toss‐up questions. There are no point penalties for wrong answers.
