The mall underwent a major expansion in 1989-1990, and a further expansion with an additional 100000 ft (30,480 m)² was officially opened on November 8, 2007.
During the current expansion and redevelopment, the current Toys "R" Us store expanded, and will eventually become the largest Toys "R" Us store in Canada
