She then admitted her feelings to Grant which results in a one-night stand, in which Brooke finds out. Brooke, upset leaves Grant and he immediately goes turns to Macy. Macy and Grant marry in 1998. Grant would later die of cancer in 1998, leaving a heartbroken grieving Macy to go back to Thorne. Thorne and Macy become engaged in December 1998. They remarry in 1999. In 1999, Brooke begins an affair with Thorne in the summer of 1999, which results in Macy and Thorne separating and divorcing in January 2000. Macy then plots with Stephanie in February 2000 to break the two of them up. Macy then kidnaps Brooke after Thorne walks in Brooke and Ridge on their wedding day. Macy then blames Brooke for breaking her Thorne's heart which results in a showdown and a dangerous car accident. The car explodes when Kimberly and Thorne rescue Brooke and attempt to rescue Macy but fail, resulting in her death in July 2000. Kidnapped by her father Adam and sent away to Paris to recover. She then finds love with Lorenzo and they become engaged. Thorne finds out Macy's alive in December 2002 in Paris. After they reunited, Macy refuses to reconciled with him and stays committed with Lorzenzo. She later separates from Lorzenzo and returns to L.A after learning of Sally's heart attack in February 2003. She reunites with her brother C.J and Thorne at the hospital. She also reunites with Kimberly via phone. She tells Thorne she wants to get back together, and they reconciled and immediately become engaged in March 2003. They also vows to get revenge on Brooke for destroying her life by secretly making Brooke discover Ridge and Bridget's affair, which lead to her calling off the wedding off in May 2003. She then starts to shake up Brooke and Nick's new relationship in June 2003. When Brooke lets Macy know that she doesn't feel threatened, Macy seeks Stephanie's help. Macy's main goal in getting even with Brooke is making her suffer and feel the same pain she felt when Thorne was exploring a relationship with Brooke back in 1999. Brooke then plots with Deacon in getting sole custody of Hope Logan, his daughter conceived through affair with Brooke from 2001 to 2002, while he was married to Brooke's daughter, Bridget. Macy convinces Deacon that getting Brooke's visitation and parental rights terminated is the best thing. Thorne then becomes jealous and worried about Macy and Deacon spending time together. Thorne then becomes strongly suspicious of Macy and Deacon's "new friendship" as if Macy tells Thorne. However, Thorne finds out Macy's scheming and plot to get back at Brooke and confronts her which leads to a heated argument between the couple. During the argument, Thorne tells Macy that their wedding will be delayed and they need time apart. Thorne then goes to Darla's for comfort, which leads to Darla confessing her feelings for Thorne. Thorne then also admits that he has always felt a connection towards her, which leads to a kiss, which also leads to the two making love that night. Nick and Oscar find out and tell Macy. Macy is then heart-broken, but Thorne and Macy then try to work it out, but then it is revealed that Darla is pregnant. She left Thorne after he impregnated her best friend, Darla, during a one-night stand in summer of 2003. She then married Deacon Sharpe

They both died in an accident, but months later she resurfaced, apparently after the crash she was pulled out and killed the woman who pulled her out of the burning car, and put her body in the car before exploding. She swore revenge on Stephanie, by returning as a burned victim, she gets Thorne drunk tells him about him getting drunk and shooting Ridge. This causes Stephanie to almost lose it, which was "Angela's" plan. She disappeared in 1989, and has not been seen since.
