). On February 4th 2011., the experimental broadcasting stopped because the license for it expired.
Additionally, Kapital Network was originally broadcasted in MUX B, as the holder of a license for a testing period, they won an experimental 6-month period license. Now, Kapital Network is broadcasting in MUX D, which is, by the new plan, carring both regional and national services at the same time.
The competition for two channels in the MUX B was announced in July 2010. The Electronic Media Agency of the Croatian government received offers for the following channels: RTL 2, Doma TV, OBN and Kapital Network. Final licenses were given to RTL 2 and Doma TV. RTL2 and Doma TV started broadcasting on January 2. 2011.
Licences for broadcasting in national part of Mux D were given to CMC (Croatian Music Channel), Sportska Televizija (by Croatian Olympic Committee
) and Kapital Network in December 2010. They started broadcasting in the second half of March and the first half of April 2011.

Multiplexes
In Croatia there are three MUX-es active. MUX A and MUX B are for national channels, and MUX D is for national/regional channels. MUX A currently broadcast both HRT channels, Nova and RTL. MUX B currently broadcast RTL2 and Doma TV. MUX D currently broadcast regional channels and three national channels : Sportska Televizija, Kapital Network and CMC.Additionally, Kapital Network was originally broadcasted in MUX B, as the holder of a license for a testing period, they won an experimental 6-month period license. Now, Kapital Network is broadcasting in MUX D, which is, by the new plan, carring both regional and national services at the same time.
The competition for two channels in the MUX B was announced in July 2010. The Electronic Media Agency of the Croatian government received offers for the following channels: RTL 2, Doma TV, OBN and Kapital Network. Final licenses were given to RTL 2 and Doma TV. RTL2 and Doma TV started broadcasting on January 2. 2011.

Regional broadcasts
MUX D is now active in regions with digital only broadcast:- In D1 regional channels are Vinkovačka TV, Osječka TV and Slavonska TV.
- In D2 regional channel is SBTV.
- In D3 regional channels are Varaždinska TV and Srce TV.
- In D4 regional channels are Jabuka TV and Net TV.
- In D5 regional channels are Kanal RI, Ri TV, TV Istra and TV Nova from Pula.
- In D6 and D7 regional channel is VOX TV from Zadar.
- In D8 regional channels are TV Jadran and TV Dalmacija, both from Split.
- In D9 regional channel is DUTV.
